Afric-Cover Insurance brokers (Pty) Ltd is a reliable bridge between various industry players in the provision of affordable insurance solutions and has evolved into one of the leading independent risk and insurance advisory business in South Africa.
As an authorised financial services provider, Afric-cover has access to a number of blue chip insurance companies in South Africa making it possible for us to offer premium efficient insurance solutions. Our operations are primarily in the Commercial, Corporate and Personal segment of the insurance market.
We pride ourselves in having a team of academically qualified and experienced risk management and insurance personnel with a combined experience of over 20 years in the insurance industry. With this we are able to provide a beyond reproach professional and personalised service to our clients. At Afric-cover we believe that a one glove fit all approach does not assure customer satisfaction as a result we are a high customer contact service provider with an understanding of differing customer intricate insurance needs.

While it takes several years to build a reputable brand in the financial services industry, it takes only seconds for that reputation to be soiled through wrong judgements, wrong turns and dropping the ball on customer service. In our society the voice of a disgruntled customer echoes louder than that of a satisfied one. The invention of easier communication media tools like Twitter, Facebook, Hellopeter like sites has led to both positive and negative information spreading like Western Cape Kynsna fires of 2019. At Afric-cover we can’t afford to drop the ball for even a minute, our brand/reputation precedes our success.
We continue to evolve into a high contact customer service company, from huge corporate portfolios in real estate, construction, manufacturing and security industries to private individuals with entry level asset holding yet our attention to each of these clients is beyond reproach.
We take cue from Nelson Mandela who came out of prison and later became the president of a very diversified country- South Africa. Another inspiration is Barack Obama, who whilst born of a migrant father, rose to become the president of the most powerful nation in the world- USA. Over the last couple of years unknown entities have risen through the ranks to become renowned names with huge market share eg UBER, Zoom, Facebook etc. Our approach is that there is no client that is too small to warrant our undivided attention for tomorrow that portfolio may grow to be the biggest in their industry. This has been Afric-cover’s journey really, nurturing start up entities who later become serious contenders in their industries.
